Hello Terpenes currently ships internationally  from Detroit, MI. Our Standard shipping method can take 3-5 business days and will include tracking sent to your email on file.

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

Hello Terpenes will not accept returns, all transactions are non refundable but we do offer a customer satisfaction policy if you are unsatisfied with your product. Often time customers are not using the product correctly and this may result in unsatisfactory results.
